Comunitat Valenciana Moto GP 2011, the final round


Although everybody in the motorcycle and sports world is still crying the tragic loss of the Moto GP pilot Marco Simoncelli, paraphrasing world known rock band Queen: “The show must go on”, and next weekend (4-6th of November) the World Championship 2011 comes to an end.

The Comunitat Valenciana Moto GP will be the final round of a highly disputed championship in all its categories (Moto GP, Moto 2 and 125cc). There is only one definitive champion (Australian Casey Stoner for Moto GP Honda, ahead of Jorge Lorenzo), so the other two champions are still to be decided in a last thrilling race.

Spaniard Nico Terol is in a great position to become 125cc champion, as he leads with a good rent from his predecessor. In Moto 2, Stefan Bradl is in first position, with a chance for Marc Marquez to become champion is he can finally recover from his recent injuries.

Motorsport, business and the Comunitat Valenciana Moto GP

Sports on one side, lets now talk about business. The Comunitat Valenciana Moto GP is held in the Ricardo Tormo Circuit, near the town of Cheste, quite close to Valencia.
